"Each year, OFCCP will designate a substantial portion of all non–construction contractor establishments
to prepare and file an Equal Opportunity Survey." "The Survey will provide OFCCP compliance data early
in the compliance evaluation process, thus allowing the agency to more effectively; identify contractor
establishment for further evaluation." (41 CFR 60–2.17(d)) What this means is the EO Survey will be the
tool for determining who OFCCP will target for future audits.
The Equal Opportunity Survey has three Parts.
Part A — Contains General Information about a company

Part B — Contains employment information

Applicants, hires, promotions, and terminations for the period of January —

Part C — Requires compensation and tenure data for all employees reported in Part B. Compensation data must be
reported for minority females, non–minority females, minority males, non–minority males. The data is reported by
Job Group and includes the average salary.
